We’re on the hunt for a Jr Creative Art Director to join our Creative team and work closely with our Creative Director. If you have a passion for creating innovative concepts, have a killer eye for aesthetics, and are ready to turn ideas into reality, we want to hear from you!

Your Mission:
As Junior Creative Manager, you will be the right hand to our Creative Director, helping to shape and execute creative projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for developing out-of-the-box concepts that align with clients' briefs, presenting ideas visually and verbally, and ensuring top-tier aesthetic quality across all deliverables.

What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to brainstorm and develop cutting-edge concepts.
- Translate client briefs into creative solutions that are bold, innovative, and visually stunning.
- Present ideas clearly and confidently, both visually (mood boards, mockups, presentations) and verbally.
- Ensure all designs maintain our high aesthetic standards and are aligned with brand objectives.
- Work independently on multiple projects, managing your time and priorities effectively.
- Use Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) to craft visually compelling content and assets.
- Continuously push creative boundaries while staying aligned with project goals and deadlines.

What We’re Looking For (Hard Skills):
- Education: Degree from a creative school with an art or design background.
- Software: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Conceptual Thinking: Ability to develop innovative and original creative concepts that align with client briefs.
- Presentation Skills: Experience in presenting ideas both verbally and visually with clarity and confidence.
- Aesthetic Excellence: A sharp eye for design and aesthetics, ensuring that all creative work is visually stunning.
