  Supervise and coordinate the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
• 
  
  Prepare management reports for the investment fund.
• 
  
  Analyze the profitability of different facilities and propose resource optimization strategies.
• 
  
  Prepare and monitor the budget and analyze variances.
• 
  
  Detail-oriented with strategic thinking.
• 
  
  Proactive and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

A successful Controller should have:

• 
  
  A professional with at least 10 years of experience in financial control, preferably within real estate, warehousing, or similar sectors.
• 
  
  Academic background in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or similar; a Master's degree in Finance or professional certification (CIMA, ACCA) is a plus.
• 
  
  Advanced oral and written English.
• 
  
  Experience working with investment funds or in fast-paced environments.
• 
  
  Proficiency in ERP tools and advanced Excel skills.
• A lot of experience in negotiating with banks and funds.
• 
  
  Strong analytical skills and the ability to prepare detailed financial reports for management and ownership funds.
