Minor Hotels is a global hospitality group operating over 540 hotels, resorts and residences in 56 countries in Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, the Indian Ocean, Europe and the Americas.


As a hotel owner, operator and investor, Minor Hotels fulfils the needs and desires of today’s global travellers through its diverse portfolio of eight hotel brands – Anantara, Avani, Elewana, NH Hotels, NH Collection, nhow, Oaks and Tivoli.


As part of Minor Hotels, the region of Minor Europe and the Americas is responsible for more than 350 properties in 30 countries and plans to grow across all segments, with a focus on its upper-upscale and luxury brands.


JOB SUMMARY


Esta posición forma parte del equipo de marketing y comunicación de la compañía Minor Europe and Americas en España y, trabajará para dar apoyo en el desarrollo y activación de campañas de comunicación y PR, así como en la puesta en marcha de proyectos clave en el área a desarrollar durante 2025.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES


Apoyo en el desarrollo y ejecución del plan de comunicación anual, aportando iniciativas proactivas basadas en las necesidades del negocio para las marcas hoteleras NH, NH Collection, nhow y Avani Hotels & Resorts, así como para sus distintas propuestas gastronómicas.


Gabinete de prensa. Apoyo y soporte a las gestiones con medios: entrevistas, información, especiales editoriales, encuentros....


Apoyo en la generación y dinamización de contenidos. Redacción de textos (comunicados de prensa, branded content, materiales internos y argumentarios en inglés o en español).


Participar en la coordinación y organización de eventos y presentaciones, así como en la gestión de viajes y estancias en nuestros hoteles de nuestro público objetivo (prensa, creadores de contenido, líderes de opinión…).


Actualización continua de materiales y herramientas de comunicación internas: bases de datos, fact sheets, press kits...


Control del archivo fotográfico.


EXPERIENCE

Se valorará positivamente que el candidato haya realizado prácticas o becas previas en la misma área: medios de comunicación, agencias de comunicación o departamentos de prensa.

QUALIFICATIONS

Formación universitaria superior. Licenciado en Periodismo o en Ciencias de la Información y de la Comunicación.


PREFERRED SKILLS

Excelente redacción.

Imprescindible persona con nivel muy alto de inglés, hablado y escrito.

  • The position will be located at the Central Office in Madrid, Spain (Santa Engracia 120, 7th floor).
  • Duration: 6 months + 6 months (1 full year).
