Responsibilities
- Assist French-speaking customers with inquiries and provide top-notch support
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and document management
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction
- Contribute to process improvements and maintain organized records
- Participate in training sessions to develop skills and knowledge
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
- No prior experience is required; a willingness to learn is essential
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A positive attitude and eagerness to embrace new challenges
- Willingness to relocate to Greece for this opportunity
