People deserve more from their money. More visibility, more control, and more freedom. Since 2015, Revolut has been on a mission to deliver just that. Our powerhouse of products — including spending, saving, investing, exchanging, travelling, and more — help our 50+ million customers get more from their money every day.
As we continue our lightning-fast growth, 2 things are essential to our success: our people and our culture. In recognition of our outstanding employee experience, we've been certified as a Great Place to Work™. So far, we have 10,000+ people working around the world, from our offices and remotely, to help us achieve our mission. And we're looking for more brilliant people. People who love building great products, redefining success, and turning the complexity of a chaotic world into the simplicity of a beautiful solution.
About The Role
The Control Remediation team helps ensure that Revolut is compliant with its regulatory obligations. They’ve got an outstanding ability to find solutions and carry out testing in a purely digital environment. Those data-driven experts know that better people and machines are the most effective way of managing compliance and conduct risks.
We’re looking for Business Compliance Manager who'll be responsible for advising our business on compliance requirements, related controls, and testing of these controls. Be warned, this is a very hands-on role.
Up for the challenge? Let’s get in touch.

- Reading large pieces of regulation, breaking down regulatory requirements, and understanding how those apply to Revolut
- Advising the business on compliance requirements and related controls
- Developing, implementing, and testing controls and procedures
- Working closely with global Regulatory Compliance and Risk Managers to ensure risk frameworks and processes align with global ones and deliver the intended outcome
- Liaising with key internal (Legal, Risk, etc.) and external (regulators, advisors, vendors, partners, etc.) stakeholders as required
- The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of how to conduct regulatory gap analysis, policy creation, and implementation
- The ability to communicate effectively with members of various internal and external stakeholders
- Multitasking skills with close attention to detail
- The ability to demonstrate sound judgement
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in compliance risk management within a compliance function or a regulator, or expertise demonstrated through consulting experience
- Experience with risk identification, monitoring, and controls (implementation and testing)
- Previous examples of practically interpreting and organising complex data
