What you’ll do
We Are Looking For An Experienced Baker To Join The Pre-opening Team At SLS Barcelona. Under The Guidance Of The Head Baker, You Will
- Produce bakery goods of the highest quality and standard, using authentic methods and techniques, shaping by hand, and always one step ahead of industry trends; you’ll be a key part of a winning team that creates truly exceptional dining experiences
- Craft a range of breads, rolls, baguettes, bun dough, scones, laminate dough, pastry and cakes with creativity and flair, developing delicious combinations of taste and texture.
- Continuously develop and innovate the product range, you’ll work with our Head Baker on ideas and techniques which make our kitchen a creative, ever-changing environment.
- Make sure our operation run without hitch, our service preparation is smooth, and our food hygiene standards are sky-high.
- Working to tight deadlines, you’ll rise to the challenge with a positive attitude and approach

- Previous experience working as part of a similar sized kitchen team.
- Passion for food is a given, a love for our particular flavors a definite advantage.
- You’re all about having a positive impact on the people you interact with, leaving them with a memorable experience.
