We are growing our data science and analytics team to help Tendam solve challenging problems in the retail fashion industry leveraging deep understanding of the customer and industry dynamics. We are now seeking a Data Insights for a unique opportunity of impacting the way the world experiences fashion.

What you will do

Decompose complex data problems and conduct rigorous analysis and evaluations

Undertake preprocessing of structured and unstructured data

Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive generation of insights and support business decision making

Present insights using data visualization techniques

Support the optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies through the development of custom data models and algorithms

What we are looking for

Programming and Business background with strong computational and analytical skills

Strong problem-solving skills

Experience working with huge amounts of data

Programming skills including Python and SQL

Experience with data visualization tools and packages

A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Extra qualifications

Experience with cloud based web services (e.g., AWS)

Knowledge and experience with a version control system (e.g. Git)

Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, regression, decision trees, neural networks, etc.)

• Ubicación oficinas: Madrid Capital zona Norte accesible en transporte público (metro, cercanías-Renfe y autobuses urbanos e interubanos).
• Horario jornada flexible: de lunes a jueves entrada entre las 7:30 y las 9:30h y salida entre las 17h y las 19h, viernes jornada intensiva y flexibleentrada entre las 7:30 y las 9:30h y salida entre las 13h y las 15h.
• Contrato indefinido.
• Salario de fijo + variable
• Incorporación inmediata (entendiendo que si la persona seleccionada está actualmente trabajando en otra empresa, tendrá que dar el preaviso correspondiente y se coordinará una fecha entre ambas partes que pueda cuadrar).
