In this role, you will interact with our Spanish-speaking customers, providing them with excellent service and support while embracing a new cultural experience in a stunning Mediterranean location. - Engage with Spanish-speaking customers through various communication channels to address inquiries and provide support
- Deliver exceptional service by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback within our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to improve service standards and customer satisfaction
- Assist in promoting our products and services to the Spanish-speaking market
- Monitor customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for service enhancement
- Adapt to new challenges and support the team's overall objectives
- Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English; additional languages are a significant advantage
- Previous experience in customer service or related roles is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse yourself in a new culture
