Role Description
As CEO, you will be the driving force behind the company’s strategic direction, responsible for:
- Strategic Vision & Growth: Crafting and executing a robust growth strategy that expands our market presence, diversifies revenue streams, and capitalises on emerging opportunities within the lead generation company.This includes identifying and securing new business through your existing network within the sector.
- Building Key Partnerships: Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships, including procurement bodies, and other key stakeholders, positioning the organisation as a trusted and valued partner.
- Operational Excellence: Leading operational teams to deliver exceptional service that consistently exceeds client expectations and adheres to the highest industry and regulatory standards.
- Financial Stewardship: Overseeing all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation, ensuring fiscal responsibility and identifying opportunities for enhanced efficiency and profitability.
- Inspiring Leadership & Culture: Fostering a high-performing, inclusive, and innovative culture that empowers employees, promotes accountability, and champions diversity, inclusion, and sustainability.
- Market Positioning & Business Development: Spearheading marketing and sales initiatives to elevate brand visibility, attract new clients, and strengthen existing relationships. This includes developing compelling proposals and presentations that articulate our unique value proposition.
Qualifications
- Experience in Finance and Business Planning
- Knowledge of Operations Management
- Strong skills in Sales and Strategic Planning
- Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities
- Proven track record in driving business growth and profitability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced digital marketing environment
- Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
