We are currently looking to grow our team with a Consultant Project Management for our new project, in Valencia.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s is a plus but not required).
• Experience in project management, consulting, or business analysis (1-2years)
• Strong analytical thinking and a structured, problem-solving mindset.
• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work with different teams.
• Interest in process improvement and organizational analysis (experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not required).
• Ability to support and assist in workshops and team discussions.
• Team player with an open and adaptable mindset in an international environment.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and Teams (Power BI and Agile are a plus but not required).
• Fluent in English (German is a plus).
• Willingness to learn, grow, and occasionally travel within Europe and the Americas.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Project Support – Assist consultants in projects, supporting tasks from planning to execution.
• Project Coordination – Help apply basic project management methods and track progress.
• Problem-Solving – Support the team in analyzing challenges and finding solutions.
• Presentation & Meetings – Assist in preparing presentations and helping facilitate discussions.
• Learning & Development – Gain hands-on experience by working on client projects, internal tasks, and business development initiatives.
