CRM Business Analyst – 5+ Years experience

• Excellent business analysis and PM skills coupled with excellent techniques and ideally with some methodology.
• Ability to analyze the structure of the business (integration between Marketing, Sales & Customer Services / Post Sales)
• BA will perform analytics part
• Understanding of Customer Journey & Processes
• As-Is/ To-Be process mapping
• Ability to streamline processes
• Strong Documentation Management Experience
• Align internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies/ requirements/ processes.
• Ability to run workshops and training sessions to ensure that everyone is on board and understands the processes involved
• At least 3 to 5 years’ experience of working with a CRM system - ideally with MS Dynamics CE –
• Ability to discover and implement new requirements into future design
• Ability to write complete user stories to illustrate the requirements for new feature so that Dev team can understand and estimate the work to be done
• Ability to support CRM IT PM to plan development and roll out of new CRM features
• Ability to support Product Owner in the agile build and management of the CRM backlog
• Ability to support CRM team during testing phase of each release by writing business scenarios in accordance with the relevant business process and solution design
• Ability to capture enhancement requirements from the support cases and create user story that can be added to the CRM backlog
