We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive Account Manager to join our team in Spain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client relationships within the automotive industry, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth. This role requires a passionate individual with strong technical skills, a methodical approach, and a results-oriented mindset.

 

 Key Responsibilities:

1.  Customer Interface Management:

  - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.

  - Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.

2.  Technical Expertise:

  - Utilize technical knowledge to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

  - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.

3.  Strategic Planning and Execution:

  - Develop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.

  - Identify new business opportunities and work towards converting them into long-term partnerships.

4.  Performance Monitoring:

  - Track and analyze account performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

  - Prepare and present detailed reports on account status and progress to senior management.

 5.  Leadership and Team Collaboration:

  - Lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.

  - Inspire and motivate team members to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.

 6.  Communication and Presentation:

  - Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the value of our products and services.

  - Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and understanding.

 7.  Problem Solving and Decision Making:

  - Address and resolve any issues or challenges faced by clients promptly and efficiently.

  - Make informed decisions that align with company goals and customer expectations.

 - Proven experience in account management within the automotive industry.

- Strong technical skills with the ability to understand and communicate complex concepts.

- Methodical, rigorous, and highly responsible approach to work.

- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- High leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire confidence in others.

- Self-starter with a can-do mentality and the ability to work independently.

- Confidence-inspiring personality with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.

Languages: Spanish and English full profesional, German and/or french is a plus
