Mission
We deliver “Everything Data” and this transpires throughout our teams and our ways of working. As an HR Generalist you will also become part of this Data World.
Reporting to the HR Manager, the mission of this position will be to ensure the accuracy of HR Data to maintain our DBs and build the key performance indicators that help business take decisions. As an HR team member, you will be focused to deliver a five-star experience to the organization in moments that matter to our employees; supporting the transition in the company of those new colleagues and their professional development throw the Talent Cycle Process.
Responsibilities
· Participate in the Talent Management Program Cycle execution, ensuring the process is driven and executed on-time.
· Develop and maintain the department’s data base to ensure all information is tracked with the outmost accuracy.
· Understand all HR business processes to contribute to their improvement to guarantee business efficiency.
· Be a key support player in new internal system deployment – incl. readiness preparation, process definition and mapping, deployment & testing
· Organize and orchestrate our exciting company dinners, lively after-works and team building events.
· Provide support throughout the recruitment process, from initial stages to mastering full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Qualifications
· You will have a university degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, Law or the equivalent
· No experience is required; we all need a first experience and we are happy to help you take this first step. Come learn and grow with us!
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with high level of English
· Strong attention to detail and precision
· Good level of Microsoft Office – specially with Microsoft Excel.
· Good interpersonal skills to work with different management levels
