Responsibilities
As a JUNIOR TRADE and BRAND MANAGER HUGO BOSS, you will be responsible for designing, implementing marketing and trade plans.
- Track results and analyze to get learnings for future actions.
- Project Management: Lead Initiatives Launches (planning, point of sale execution, trade plan…) engaging all other functions involved in them (Influencer Marketing, Visibility & Merchandising, Digital, Sales, Ecommerce, Demand Planning, Finance…).
- Ensure Corporate Marketing alignment & licenses guidelines fit in all actions, ensuring consistency.
- Analyze sell-out and sell-in data to track goals, project results and have brand KPI’s under control. Monthly tracking and propose proactively corrective actions if needed.
- Leverage market insights intelligence: identify market, brand and consumer trends to make diagnosis and strategic proposals for the brand.
- Forecast brand needs in terms of demand planning and ensure a proper Sales & Operations Process together with Supply Chain, Channel Trade and Sales Departments.
- Do internal and external vibrating brand presentations.

The team consists of brand managers. You will work closely together with several departments such as trade marketing, merchandising, supply and demand, and Co-packing department. Working in the team, you will feel empowered to bring forward your own ideas and be a great team player.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You likely to have experience in the luxury market or working for licensed brands. As JUNIOR TRADE and BRAND MANAGER HUGO BOSS, you enjoy working in a creative and dynamic team and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:
Essential
- High cooperation skills, empathy approach on relations and flexible in the positions.
- Comfortable in running different projects at the same time, resilient to changes and difficulties.
- Strong ambition and passion for the beauty category
- Used to work with NPD, Nielsen data for analysis and recommendation.
- Used to work in a multinational environment.
- Accountability experience for a full brand P&L
- Digital business mindset & digital activity set management for brands.
- Strong analytical skills, mainly applied in market database tools.
- Advanced usage on Microsoft office package, mainly excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency level of English and Spanish languages.
- Proactive attitude, solution provider mindset
