We are looking for a highly execution-driven and results-oriented Project & Operations Manager to join our team at Frekuent (Orain). This role will be crucial in managing and implementing strategic initiatives, working across multiple teams to ensure operational efficiency and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the key projects, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal operational disruption.
- Identify & Analyze potential improvements in the customer and partner experience using internal and external data.
- Implement, optimize and automate internal processes, such as onboarding new clients, in alignment with strategic plans.
- Build and own operational relationships with key partners such as our payment providers. Propose new product features or process improvements, identify gaps, feature enhancements and opportunities.
- Oversee and execute the launch of operations in new countries, working with internal and external teams to ensure seamless expansion.
- Collaborate with various departments (operations, technology, commercial, etc.) to improve processes and drive efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
- Ensure deadlines, quality standards, and budget constraints are met for each initiative.
- Keep documentation up to date on processes, procedures, and projects to ensure clarity and continuity by ensuring all project activities adhere to organizational standards and best practices, maintaining a consistent approach across all projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project and operations management in fast-paced environments.
- Strong execution skills and problem-solving mindset in dynamic scenarios.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.
- Analytical mindset focused on process optimization and efficiency.
- Experience in CRM management tools.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Fluent in English
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.
- Experience in payment systems and artificial intelligence (AI) is a plus
- Highly valued python and no-code tools such as Zappier
- Experience in internationalization and expansion to new markets is a plus.
