About The Business
Our Destination Management services form the core of our business. We take care of everything from ground support, hotel bookings, sightseeing, restaurants, and local guides; all while providing 24/7 customer support so that travelers from over 50 countries can enjoy memorable travel experiences worry free.
About The Role
As the “Operations Coordinator”, you'll be responsible not only for land service bookings such as restaurants, guides, local coaches, special requests etc., but also to coordinate the entire tour and ensure timely confirmations within budget and high level of operational quality.
For this specific position, we are looking for a person who will be responsible for arranging tickets for all tours, including business and ad hoc tours, checking availability and itineraries, and ensuring that clients are able to take tours as requested,
At the same time, the system must be keep up to date with correct information.
Key activities
- To process and confirm entrance services efficiently and accurately, paying attention to any special requirements of the clients.
- Complete rate collection/negotiation of entrances in Spain & Portugal
- Deliver on teams agreed SLA’s
- Source for new suppliers when needed, negotiate services and rates.
- Provide active and ongoing support and knowledge transfer to data hub and the Kuoni Tumlare sales organization.
- Investigate and resolve service complaints.
- Check on regular open close of monuments, keeping systems updated.
- Check any special opening hours and how they affect our groups, providing alternative solutions when needed.

- Language skills – English + Spanish

- Destination travels expertise in Iberia
