We are looking for Finance Controller to join our team in Madrid. In this role, you’ll oversee financial operations, ensuring efficient processes and accurate reporting. You will work closely with the management team to support strategic planning and budgeting.

What will you do?

• Provide financial updates through evaluation, analysis, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial controls and guidelines.
• Manage budgets and ensure payroll efficiency.
• Support both short- and long-term operational strategies.
• Maintain internal safeguards for revenue and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with national and local financial regulations.

What we need from you?

• Minimum of 2 years in finance (accounting/controlling).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field.
• Strong understanding of banking processes and financial data analysis.
• Experience with budget management and payroll processes.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel.
