The position is located in Barcelona, we are offering a hybrid working model. Your mission as Recruitment Assistant is to support and partner your colleagues in attracting the best available talent to the company.

Descripción

  • Manage recruitment process - Carrying out various activities to guarantee a smooth experience about our very specific recruitment process. This includes the planning and organising of test cases, making sure that all the required documents are received and documented,using our ATS to keep track of every step in the process.
  • Schedule and Organise - A big part of the role is to schedule and organise meetings, for the medical as well as for the non-medical.
  • Onboarding - Together with the Medical Department and Capacity Management scheduling and preparing the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Career Website - Managing the company career website and mailbox to make sure we respond to all candidate queries on time.
  • Congresses - Supporting the Recruiters in organising congresses and seminars and in managing post-conference process, occasionally participate in such congresses across Europe.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

Minimun 2 years experience in Reruitment experience.

Educational background - You have a University degree and an interest in HR.

MS Office - You have working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Language skills - Advanced level of written and spoken English.
