This is a full-time internship starting this summer that will be part of the DEEP WORK program run by the Fundación Universidad Empresa (FUE). You can find more information here: https://fundacionuniversidadempresa.es/en/training/talent-programs/deepwork/

This program is for students who are recently graduated or just at the very end of their degree/masters. Only pending 1 or 2 subjects and/or the final project. Students cannot have extracurricular experience related to the field of their bachelor's degree.

It is a FULL-TIME paid internship. Whilst working with us, you will also study a MASTER OF PERMANENT TRAINING IN PRODUCTIVITY, ADAPTIVE MANAGEMENT AND INNOVATION (120 ECTS), online course by Universidad Nebrija.

Who we are:

We are looking for an intern to join our EMEA ACX Field Marketing team to help us in the campaign and marketing projects execution. The position will be based in Madrid.

The internship has a duration of 12 months in which the candidate will learn from the planning and creation of the marketing strategy to the execution of the campaigns, events, social actions, etc.... During this time, the candidate will also be part of the DEEP WORK project in which will have access to a master's degree (...).

What we offer:

• Collaborate with all countries in EMEA to support in the daily marketing activities execution
• Support in creation and edition of video/image content
• Develop marketing strategies, ideate and storyboard marketing campaigns, and/or implement activation plans
• Outreach and oversight of partnerships and/or sponsorships
• Create and manage email campaigns, webcasts, blogs, social posts, press releases, Zoom webinars and/or other pieces of digital content
• Track, measure and analyze engagement metrics on a variety of Oracle content to develop insights for future marketing efforts
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to execute on innovative ideas
• Additional responsibilities may vary depending on the business needs

Responsibilities

What we’re looking for:

• Candidates holding BA/BS Marketing, Advertising & PR, Communications, or similar.
• Fluent level of English is a must
• Speak French/Italian/Portuguese is a plus*
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel and PPT)
• Web design, photography, and video/video editing skills are a plus
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proactive self-starter capable of working both independently and in a team setting
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proactivity, teamwork attitude and exceptional professionalism and work ethic
