About the Position


Salas y Montalvo, a specialized headhunting firm, is managing the recruitment process for an International Sales Manager position for a leading company in the home textiles sector. With a strong international presence, the company is looking to expand its commercial team to develop key markets in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.


The selected candidate will join a growing team, working with innovative products and a solid reputation in manufacturing textiles for mattresses, furniture, and home furnishings.


Main Responsibilities


  • Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients in the EMEA region, establishing strategic relationships with mattress and furniture manufacturers.
  • Sales Management: Present products, negotiate conditions, and close commercial agreements.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term commercial relationships, ensuring excellent service.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor trends, competition, and expansion opportunities.
  • Internal Coordination: Collaborate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order execution.
  • Participation in International Trade Shows and Events, with availability to travel at least 50% of the time.


Requirements


  • B2B Sales Experience: Minimum 5 years in international sales, preferably in textiles, furniture, or related industries.
  • Languages: Fluent English and French (mandatory). Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Strategic and Autonomous Profile: Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven experience in client acquisition and key account management.
  • Availability for frequent travel across the EMEA region.
