Business Manager

• We are looking for a motivated individual with a legal background and a passion for business operations to join us as a Business Manager within our Real Estate Private Equity firm.
• Opportunity to help us scale-up the company and the possibility to earn a position in the management team (MT) over time;

Who Are You?

You are a driven professional with a solid foundation in general contract law and a strong interest in negotiation and the organizational aspects of business management. You are enthusiastic about streamlining processes and can help us scale up the company.

Experience

• 0-5 years of experience in a legal setting, focusing on contract law and negotiations or in a business organizational management role.
• A degree in law (BSc or Master’s) or a relevant commercial area.

Key Qualities and Competencies:

• You possess a genuine interest in contract law and negotiations, with the ability to apply legal knowledge to business scenarios.
• Strong ability to organize and manage various aspects of the business.
• Results-oriented with a proactive approach to seeking innovative solutions to challenges that arise.
• Flexible in your approach to working hours and dedicated to achieving success across various facets of the business.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, enabling effective communication in both languages.
• Currently residing and working in Spain, with no visa requirements for a seamless start.

Our Offer

• A fixed gross salary ranging from €18k to €24k gross per year, based on your knowledge and experience.

Our approach aims to control critical processes from start to finish, meaning we not only source and identify promising investment opportunities but also manage the transformation of real estate through our in-house architects and construction teams.
