The key tasks of the post are the following:

• Planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing projects, i.e. manage all stages of the project, incl. post project review
• Bring people with the right skills for the project
• Motivate the project team, ensure team harmony
• Make a work breakdown structure
• Manage deliveries within budget and meeting the scope
• Communication of the project status
• Manage expectations stakeholders
• Analise and manage project issues and risks
• Manage reports and necessary documentation
• Manage priorities and challenges
  
  
  

To be successful in this job

• To make a success of this job you must be fully conversant with the project environment
• You should be familiar with project methods and tools
• You should be skilled at project planning and reporting
• You will have demonstrated experience in project management and in leading and managing project teams
• Experience in IT projects
• Track record of delivery non-IT (Business) projects, capacity to understand business needs, capable to balance between business and projects priorities, able to manage complex business projects across different units with international project team(s)
• Experience with working virtual (different countries, cultures, workplaces)
• Higher education or suitable working experience
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills ( Spanish is an advantage)
• As a candidate you should be resident in Madrid with ability to travel and work flexibly
