Responsibilities

• Leading the product, digital solution, and business-planning processes for cross-functional teams.
• Analyzing customer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build-vs.-buy perspective.
• Assessing current competitor offerings and seeking opportunities for differentiation.
• Analyzing product requirements and developing appropriate programs to ensure they’re met.
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining production timelines across multiple departments.
• Appraising new product ideas and strategizing appropriate go-to-market plans.
• Driving the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch.
• Translating product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams.
• Creating product or solution strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.
  
  

Your Profile

Must

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in product design or engineering (processes, distribution….)
• Previous experience as product manager oriented to digital b2b2c ecommerce or platform solutions (3-5years)
• Extensive experience in dynamic product management, particularly in B2B2C digital ecommerce platforms.
• Proven success in overseeing the entire product development lifecycle.
• Experience in delivering refined product marketing strategies and value proposition conceptualization.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex information clearly and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong technical aptitude to bridge business requirements and technical solutions.
• In-depth understanding of the insurance market, including emerging trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.
