What will make you successful in this position?

Design develop and implement IVR solutions using Genesys Cloud Architect technology.

Create and maintain bots and chatbots to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Actively participate in various phases of the software development cycle including design development testing implementation and maintenance.

Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the field of IVR and bots.

Strong knowledge of IVR and IVR development using Genesys Cloud Architect.

Experience in developing bots and chatbots.

Good level of English both written and spoken.

What will be your mission?

As an Genesys Cloud Developer, you will need experience in design and develop and implement IVR solutions using Genesys Cloud Architect technology, create and maintain bots and chatbots to enhance efficiency and user experience and work closely with project teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
