Company Overview:

Finatal is thrilled to partner with a rapidly expanding, private equity-backed manufacturing group, boasting revenues of approximately €50M and 25% profits. This dynamic organisation is executing an ambitious international buy-and-build strategy and seeking an accomplished Group CEO to support the growth.

Key Responsibilities:

As Group CEO, you will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction and refining operations. Your core responsibilities will include:

Strategic Leadership:

• Craft and execute a bold business strategy aimed at achieving aggressive growth targets through a blend of organic expansion and strategic bolt-on acquisitions.
• Set a clear vision for the company’s future, ensuring alignment with the private equity investors' goals and maximizing value creation.

Operations:

• Oversee and optimise multisite manufacturing operations, including automation and manual processes.
• Ensure operational excellence across all sites, driving efficiency, quality, and scalability.

M&A and Growth Strategy:

• Lead the charge on M&A activities, from identifying high-potential acquisition targets to integrating them seamlessly into the group.
• Build a robust pipeline of opportunities to fuel the company’s buy-and-build strategy, accelerating growth and market penetration.

Performance Culture:

• Foster a high-performance culture alongside building and developing a strong leadership team.
• Ensure tight financial control and reporting to meet the requirements of private equity stakeholders, optimising profitability and value creation.

Essential Requirements

Fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken. Private Equity and sector alignment would be ideal.
