As a Marketing and CRM Assistant, you will be responsible for working on the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns, as well as customer relationship management (CRM).

Your main objective will be to help drive brand growth and maximize customer satisfaction at a leading company in the premium fashion industry.

  • Full time from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (1 hour to eat.) Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.,
  • Workplace: Head Office HUGO BOSS, Madrid.


What you can expect:

  • Plan and execute the company's CRM activities to achieve the set objectives.
  • Participate in the development and monitoring of marketing campaigns aimed at customers, such as collection launches, capsules or exclusive products, promotions and campaigns for the different stages of the customer life cycle: acquisition, retention, reactivation and loyalty.
  • Write and adapt communications for different consumer contact channels.
  • Prepare reports periodically and perform analysis and interpretation of the main KPIs.
  • Establish strategic segmentation groups and make a customer development plan to optimize their value.
  • Provide support in strategic marketing planning.
  • Participate in marketing projects and activations for the retail business and for multi-brand clients; promotional actions and traffic redirection to the point of sale, events, branding, etc.


Your profile:

  • Degree or bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • High level of English (Advance C1).
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft 365.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of retail and marketing indicators (KPIs).
  • Focus on the client.
  • Communicative, proactive person with the ability to work as a team.
  • Experience in a similar position in a marketing, commercial, retail or operations department.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
