Are you excited about working in a fast-paced environment where innovation meets data? We’re looking for a Business Development Specialist to join an exciting e-commerce project that’s reshaping the way people shop and experience content.

As part of the Industry Operations team, you will play a key role in identifying, onboarding, and supporting merchants, contributing to business growth through strategy, analysis, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data cleansing to identify eligible merchants and support their onboarding process
• Conduct interviews and surveys with sellers, creators, and users to better understand their needs and improve the platform experience
• Use a data-driven approach to develop business analysis frameworks and monitor key metrics related to onboarding, opportunities, and risks

Ideal Candidate

• University degree (Bachelor’s or higher) or a recent graduate available for immediate start
• Strong business development mindset and excellent external communication skills
• High attention to detail and sensitivity to data quality
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with a hands-on, project-focused attitude
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Must be available to work on-site in Madrid
