The Sales Administrative Assistant primary role is to perform general office duties to support Sales Managers and Directors where needed. The Sales Administrative Assistant will assist Managers with administrative duties including, but not limited to, processing leads, customer interactions via phone, email, and in-person, supporting site visits, contract and proposal preparation, processing reports, and supporting the sale process. Furthermore, they will communicate to other departments as directed by Managers and assist with any other administrative tasks in order to successfully execute the task/contract from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong customer service skills, initiative, time management, and ability to meet deadlines. This position reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing and Associate Director of Sales, is full-time and on-site at the Grand Hyatt Barcelona.
