We are looking for a Project Management Office (PMO) Specialist to join our team of around 1,700 people worldwide to help us power up the traveller's journey for millions of holidaymakers. Job Description

Job Title - Project Management Office (PMO) Specialist

Working model - full remote from Spain

Team - you will join the Project Management Office (PMO) team within the Strategy Planning and Execution department.

Contract: Permanent, full-time (36 h/week)

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of the PMO to run some of our key processes including - but not limited to - Strategy and OKR definition and portfolio management

  • Own and manage the end-to-end investment and budgeting process for projects

  • Act as a liaison between the PMO, Finance, and other departments to facilitate communication and align financial strategies on projects

  • Identify opportunities to improve our internal processes and systems

  • Deliver results. Learn from mistakes. Iterate.



Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields

  • Proficient in Excel with strong data management

  • Experience in budgeting and financial analysis is a plus

  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills: comfortable tackling complex problems and breaking these down into manageable pieces

  • Strong interpersonal skills able to communicate, influence and adapt communication at different levels of organisation

  • Excellent organisational and planning skills demonstrating attention to detail

  • Team players. Ready to help and support teammates, adding up to the team. Share openly and transparently

  • Discomfort seekers. You never settle. Resourceful, intellectually curious, empathetic, strive for success mindset, comfortable with change

  • Fluency in English is a must, knowledge of other languages is a plus

Selection process steps*:

  • HR interview (15-30 minutes)

  • 1st interview (Manager + peer): soft skills + Excel test

  • Business case step (offline)

  • 2nd interview (Peer)

  • Final meeting with the Director

  • Offer extended
