The Role

Owns people strategy for area of responsibility and partners with the global HR teams and COEs to facilitate execution. Accountable for the ideation & provision of HR solutions to all employees and ownership of country HR processes & policies within the defined geography. Partners and collaborates with market leader and leadership teams to proactively support business strategy, results and employee engagement. Provides advice & counsel to the HR COEs on country initiatives including talent, learning, diversity, strategic workforce planning, total rewards, business development activities etc. Provides local expert guidance & advice to stakeholders on complex HR issues. Ensures compliance with country legislation/labor law and focuses on risk mitigation to the business. Partners with global leaders to deploy and execute HR programs. Drives a robust operating system across the wider HR operating model to deliver proactive HR support to all stakeholders, in line with business objectives. Collaborates with global HR Partners/COEs and leaders, providing local insight and ensure execution of agreed upon actions.
