You'll be instrumental in shaping customer experiences and driving revenue growth through innovative marketing campaigns and robust CRM tactics.

Primary Duties:

Strategy Formulation:

Craft and execute CRM plans that align with our business aims and customer retention targets.

Customer Segmentation:
