RED is delighted to be working with a global client, a leader in innovation in their field, to recruit a proactive and experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to join their dynamic team in Madrid on a permanent full-time basis.
As an IT Infrastructure Project Manager, you will manage and lead complex IT Infrastructure projects, assuring they are delivered within scope, on time and within budget. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to plan, design, and implement IT solutions that are aligned with the organisational growth and business needs.

Key responsibilities:
- Leading and managing IT infrastructure projects, from start to completion, assuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Coordinating third party vendors and internal resources to ensure successful project execution.
- Developing detailed project timelines, plans, and milestones to track progress efficiently.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define scope, gather requirements, and establish project objectives.
- Ensuring security protocols, IT standards, and policies are compliant throughout the project implementation.
- Identifying, assessing, and mitigating the risks of the project to assure smooth delivery.
- Communicating the project updates to variety of stakeholders, providing transparency on progress, issues, and risks.
- Advancing and promoting a collaborative work environment, whilst facilitating smooth communication between IT, business teams, and vendors.
Key requirements:
- Several years of commercial experience as an IT Infrastructure Project Manager, with strong knowledge in network, cloud, data centres, and servers.
- Solid project management skills, combined with excellent understanding of project management methodologies.
- Higher education in Computer Science, Information technology, or similar field.
- Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent, are preferred.
- Previous experience with parallel project management in a fast-paced environment and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to communicate with variety of stakeholders.
- Fluent language skills in Spanish and English.
