Mission and responsibilities:
We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Customer Service Workspace and will be highly valued for experience in migration from Unified Service Desk to Customer Service Workspace. We are seeking a team player with a strong command of the English language and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications in alignment with our business needs.
- Facilitate the migration from Unified Service Desk to Customer Service Workspace.
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
- Troubleshoot and fix bugs or issues related to Dynamics 365 applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Provide technical support for existing Dynamics 365 applications.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
To be successful in the role you must have:
- Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer.
- Deep understanding of Customer Service Workspace.
- Experience in migrating from Unified Service Desk to Customer Service Workspace is highly desirable.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Problem-solving aptitude and strong analytical skills.
