We are looking for a dynamic Nordic-speaking Sales Executive to join a rapidly expanding B2B travel SaaS company in vibrant Barcelona, Spain!

Our client is a solid international company with strong ambitions and great expertise in travel management solutions. With a focus on sustainability, they support businesses by streamlining corporate travel through tech-driven services and smart processes. Their “Solution Culture” fosters proactivity, reliability, and collaboration as they continue to deliver innovative solutions across global markets.


What will you do?

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract signature (full-cycle role).
  • Identify, research, and prospect new clients across the Nordic region.
  • Launch targeted outbound campaigns across multiple channels (phone, email, social).
  • Deliver impactful live platform demos to key decision-makers (C-levels, HR Directors, Travel Managers, etc.).
  • Lead end-to-end sales negotiations from first contact through to contract closure.
  • Forecast sales revenue accurately and maintain full pipeline visibility.
  • Represent the company at key industry fairs, trade shows, and public events.
  • Set Quarterly and Annual OKRs in collaboration with the Head of Sales and Sales Leaders.
  • Maintain close collaboration with SDRs and the Sales Team to optimize lead conversion.
  • Proactively recommend new strategies to streamline the sales process and drive expansion.


Candidate profile

  • Fluent in a Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, or Finnish) with strong English skills (spoken and written).
  • Highly driven with a "no excuses" mindset and strong sense of personal accountability.
  • Passionate about overcoming challenges and achieving ambitious targets.
  • Proactive problem-solver with the courage to take initiative and learn from mistakes.
  • Adaptable to dynamic, fast-evolving business environments.
  • Bonus points for experience in SaaS sales, business travel, or startup environments.
