Your mission, roles and responsibilities

The role of an Internal Communication Apprentice is to implement the Internal Communicatios strategy so that Group values, achievements and strategies are known and understood by every employee. 

 

The main missions of the role are to:

  • Develop internal communication campaigns
  • Create Brand Culture
  • Development of communication channels: internal and external
  • Improve employee experience with Employer Branding and Communication strategy
  • Encourage engagement and motivate employees
  • Be the ambassador of the company and the brand

 

The main responsibilities of the role are to:

1-   Content Creation and Management: Support in creating internal content (emails, newsletters, intranet posts) and maintaining content calendars for internal communication.

2-   Internal Communication Channels and Engagement: Assist in managing internal communication channels, ensuring consistent messaging aligned with company values and objectives.

3-   Collaboration with HR and Departments: Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to create content that showcases the company as a great place to work, such as testimonials and success stories.

4-   Employer Branding and External Communication: Manage the Instagram social media account and create content 

5-   Supplier and Ambassador Program Management: Contact and manage relationships with suppliers related to the area.

6-   Internal Meetings and Presentations: Help organize and coordinate internal meetings or presentations.

 

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Qualifications:

•   Degree or master in communication, Journalism or Marketing 

•   Management of digital tools

•   Marketing tool and strategy knowledge

Competencies:

•   International mind set

•   Business strategy understanding

•   Good analytical skills

•   Good presentation skills

•   Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing / Good listener 

•   Ability to work well with a wide range of people from different parts of the business

•   Ability to manage different projects at the same time

•   Ability to work well under pressure

•   Energetic, enthusiastic and passionate 

•   Organized and methodical 

•   Excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation

•   Creativity, open mind and autonomy

•   Canva

•   Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, Indesign and Photoshop

•   Adobe Premiere / Video editing

•   Social media management software: Hootsuite / Buffer / Sprout Social

•   Instagram Insights 

•   Microsoft Office Suite (PowePoint, Word, Excel)

Languages

•   Spanish

•   English required

•   Portuguese (nice to have)
