• Telephone management (costumer support & sales).


• Account manangement, regularly updating the ERP with follow-ups.


• Create and manage quotations and documentation


• Establish strong customer relationships by ensuring customer satisfaction through after-sales service and effective solution selling.


• Negotiate with suppliers, customers and distributors to maximize company profit margins.


• Provide hands-on customer support.

• Strong customer orientation and relationship building skills.


• Experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the IT sector.


• Results-oriented and dedicated to exceeding sales targets.


• Fluency in English is a must - US accent / background desirable.


• Availability to work from Madrid (San Sebastian de los Reyes) - preferably resident in Madrid.


• Willingness to learn and understand new business/technical concepts.


• Willingness to work according to the Americas time-zone.

Possibility of working from home.

Salary package consisting of fixed + commissions. Salary range (fixed) from 23k to 32k gross per year.
