Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment? Join our Marketing team at Portalia, a key brand within the Mantu Group, and contribute to the development of impactful marketing strategies. This opportunity will allow you to sharpen your skills across a variety of projects while being part of an innovative, international community.
Your Mission
As a Marketing Intern, you will play a vital role in enhancing Portalia’s market presence and brand awareness. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation.
- Assisting in the creation of compelling product marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, sales collateral, and responses to RFPs.
- Managing and curating engaging content for social media platforms and our website to boost audience engagement and brand visibility.
- Supporting the planning and execution of external communication campaigns while ensuring brand consistency.
- Coordinating and organizing client-facing events, webinars, and workshops to strengthen client relationships and showcase our offerings.
- Monitoring and analyzing marketing campaign performance, providing insights for continuous optimization.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders (product, sales, communications) to align and coordinate marketing deliverables.
- Assisting in day-to-day operations and tracking marketing projects related to product launches and lifecycle management.
We are looking for an ambitious and proactive individual with the following qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with marketing automation tools or CRM software is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Fluent in French; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative thinker with a strong sense of initiative and teamwork.
- Previous experience in marketing, particularly in B2B or SaaS, is preferred.
- Knowledge of Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT is a plus for improving day-to-day efficiency.
