¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?

Reporting to the Head of Accounting, the successful candidate will be entrusted with the accounting and the administrative and financial management of different companies.

• Being responsible for the accounting of different companies/entities, supervising the BPO accounting services.
• Administrative management of the different companies: documentation archiving, expense reports filing, etc.
• Elaboration and presentation of Annual Statements.
• Collaborating in the audit process of the different companies that are being managed.
• Management of accounts receivable and payable.
• Bank statement reconciliations.
• Execution of payments.
• Reporting and compliance with headquarter.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics or higher education in Administration or Accounting.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Spanish financial departments with knowledge of Spanish laws, taxes and local Gaap accounting.
• Knowledge of renewable sector and IFRS Gaap will be a plus.
• Knowledge of Navision and/or SAP is a plus.
• Spanish native-speaker and very good command of English (written and spoken) are essential. Knowledge of French or Italian is a plus.
• Reliable, task-oriented and proactive team member with good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and under tight deadlines.
• Ability to analyse data and make decisions.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting software and Excel.
