ESG & Corporate Communications Trainee

Neuraxpharm is looking for a ESG & Corporate Communications Trainee based in Barcelona (hybrid role)
Your Mission
Give support to the ESG and the Corporate Communications specialist in ESG and Corporate Communications topics at both corporate and local level as part of the CEO office team.
Your Major Accountabilities
ESG
- ESG reporting and carbon footprint
- Provide support with the various ESG-related reports at corporate and local level, coordinating with the different departments and functions and local and international ESG consultants
- Support in collecting ESG data from affiliates and support in the calculation of our carbon footprint
- Support in the development of ESG-related data collection solutions
- ESG strategy & initiatives
- Support in implementing our ESG strategy and in defining our Carbon reduction Plan
- Support in the identification and implementation of new ESG initiatives
- Support in the preparation of corporate announcements and press releases, coordinating with the different departments and functions and local and international PR agencies
- Provide support in the identification and development of corporate communications, including on ESG-related topics, in different channels (website, LinkedIn, intranet, etc.
- Bachelor's degree (ended or in process of) with specialization in Communications, ESG / Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility, Circular Economy, Business Administration, Logistics / Supply Chain, or related fields
- No minimum professional experience required
- Key Capabilities: Analytical skills, critical thinking, motivation to learn, willingness to further develop power point and excel skills, committed to a positive social and environmental impact.
- Language: English (working language) and Spanish
