Procurement Specialist (Tenders) – Pharmaceutical Client

Location: Barcelona

Oxford Global Resources is looking for a motivated Procurement Specialist (Tenders) with a focus on engineering tenders to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting procurement activities through data management and close collaboration with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead tender processes within the engineering area.
• Collect and organize procurement-related data, including Pareto analysis, country-specific expenses, and indirect purchases.
• Utilize advanced Excel tools to analyze large data sets for strategic insights.
• Collaborate with the procurement team on various projects, from participating in trade fairs to liaising with suppliers.
• Leverage SAP Business Intelligence (BI) software to extract and generate meaningful insights for decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in procurement, particularly with tenders in engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and SAP BI.
• Excellent organizational and data analysis skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• English Advanced C1 or C2
