Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers through various communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat
• Provide accurate and comprehensive information about the company's products and services and resolve customer inquiries effectively
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering friendly and professional service
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience
• Stay informed on product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
• Previous experience in customer support is a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric focus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with customer service software and systems is preferred
• Stable internet connection and an appropriate home office setup
