What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Learning and Development Manager for Iberia, Responsible for shaping and implementing the local strategic L&D plan in Iberia (Spain and Portugal) to maximize resource efficiencies across Ricoh EMEA; ensuring that they have the right learning culture to support the business in meeting its strategic goals and priorities; driving the overall EMEA digital learning transformation within the LDC; and manages a team in Spain

What do you need?

Degree / advanced degree level in HR, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Evidence of continued professional development

Availability to travel. Occasional travel may be required as part of the role.

High level of English (C1), Portuguese should be a plus.

Senior experienced in L&D area for IT or Tech companies, focused in:

• Business alignment and capability gap analysis
• L&D Planning and Resource Management
• Strategic Leadership and Service Provision
• Streamlining L&D Processes
• Budget Management and FUNDAE Compliance
• LMS optimization and KPI Management
• Driving Digital Transformation in Learning
• Design and Development of L&D Programs
• Facilitation and Coaching
• Evaluation and Continuous Improvement

Availability for working in Sant Cugat del Vallés in Hybrid model.
