The Genomic Instability group of the Spanish National Cancer Centre (CNIO) located in Madrid, Spain, currently invites applications for a Predoctoral position. The candidate will join the group and perform molecular and cellular biology experiments related to cancer and other age-related pathologies. The task will involve experimentation, presentation of the results and writing of scientific documents. We are looking for a junior scientist that has completed his/her graduate in sciences related to biomedicine and is looking to develop an academic career.

Selection Criteria

Bachelor Degree or equivalent.

Laboratory experience in molecular and cellular biology.

Experience in research on age-related pathologies will be considered.

Fluent in English.

Candidates will be evaluated based on their CV and other merits that they might want to include on the submitted documentation (e.g. reference letters). Selected candidates will be interviewed.

Tener una edad comprendida entre 16 y 30 años (16 ≤ edad < 30) en el momento de la solicitud.

Estar desempleado hasta el día anterior a la contratación por la entidad beneficiaria.

No tener contrato con el CNIO en la fecha de publicación de la convocatoria, 10 de junio de 2024.

Estar en posesión de la titulación exigida en la fecha de firma del contrato. NOTA: En el caso de estar en posesión de una titulación académica extranjera, deberá disponer de la correspondiente credencial de homologación a la titulación equivalente en España.
