Position Summary: 

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Marketing Intern with a passion for data, design, and storytelling. You’ll support our full-funnel marketing activities, from campaign planning and content creation to performance tracking and reporting.

This is a fast-moving, high-growth environment. You’ll gain exposure to every part of luxury real estate marketing, while learning from a team that values precision, creativity, and results


More specifically, these will be your responsibilities: 

As an intern at VDB, you will have the opportunity to take on a variety of responsibilities that will help you gain valuable experience in the luxury real estate industry. Some of your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Assist in developing and executing digital campaigns across email, web, and social.
  • Support content creation for website, social media, brochures, and listings (both visual + copy).
  • Collaborate on marketing materials for high-end properties and new developments.
  • Manage campaign data and performance tracking using Excel, Google Analytics, and dashboards.
  • Segment and analyze audiences using HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
  • Upload and update property listings via WordPress (experience is a plus).
  • Participate in weekly reporting and bring insights that improve performance.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance brand visibility, user journey, and digital touchpoints.


Who You Are:

  • A marketing enthusiast with strong visual and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized—able to handle multiple tasks with precision.
  • Strong skills in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, basic analysis).
  • Comfortable with data and eager to translate numbers into clear insights.
  • Experience with WordPress and/or HubSpot is a plus.
  • Curious, proactive, and always looking to learn.
  • Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environments.

  • Preferred Skills (not mandatory):

    • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
    • Basic knowledge of WordPress
    • Familiarity with Google Analytics and/or reporting dashboards
