Purpose

You will work closely with the rest of the Social Media team, including Creative, Account and Production being a member of the Strategy Team.

You will be under the supervision of the Head of Social Media Strategy and will be responsible for the definition of communication plans, writing briefs aligned to the Strategy Framework defined for the brand, content strategy and the definition of objectives and KPI’s for the projects assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing clients’ requests considering the Social Media ecosystem and the objectives they have in each project.
  • Propose the best approach to fulfill the objectives defined and ensuring the KPI’s can be achieved and ensuring it’s aligned with the Strategic Framework defined.
  • Create compelling content plans to achieve brand success in each campaign
  • Be aware of the current trends of each platform and identify opportunities for the brand.
  • Be able to propose proactively improvements and opportunities for all the Social Media Platforms.
  • Do an active review and follow-up with the creative team to ensure the final proposals are aligned strategically.
  • Be able to take the learnings from the Data Analyst team and identify improvements.
  • Prepare benchmarks based on the needs of the project and be able to identify the best practices that can be considered in our projects.
  • Combining creativity and effectiveness through strong understanding of audiences, touchpoints, and media thinking.
  • Applying the understanding of how brands grow, and how effective comms create impact and drive results.
  • Helping shape and develop our planning processes and collaboration across marketing and channel teams.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a communication planning or strategy role, responsible for channel and campaign planning, and communication architecture.
  • Experience in using data-driven planning tools, audience insight and effectiveness data.
  • Experience of working with channels / media owners to develop creative and executional thinking.
  • Ability to stay ahead and move with consumer behaviors, technology platforms, and cultural shifts.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal. (English level is a must)
  • Desire to stay close to projects throughout their life-cycle to maintaining strategic and creative excellence.
  • Passion for creating communication work that has an impact, that matters and that’s memorable.
