The Role:

We are seeking a proactive Trade Marketing Manager to drive high-quality sales execution across multiple retail and on-premise channels. Here’s how:

• Develop and execute tailored trade promotions and POS strategies for the Iberian market.
• Collaborate with central teams and bottlers to ensure effective rollout of promotional campaigns.
• Manage dealer loaders, sales incentives, and national channel activations to maximize impact.
• Work with creative agencies to develop artwork, promotional materials, and marketing toolkits.
• Oversee budget management, tracking promotional effectiveness and optimizing future campaigns.
• Support key brand activations, including hospitality events and on-pack promotions.

About You:

• Experience in trade marketing, category management, or sales execution within FMCG.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Spanish retail and on-premise trade environments, with a commercial mindset.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering results in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to improving processes.
