MissionTo support the successful execution of influencer marketing campaigns by assisting with strategic planning, creative execution, and performance monitoring. Contribute to the optimization of brand activations and influencer collaborations enhancing overall campaign effectiveness through diligent and proactive support.

Job Functions

  • Support the team during briefings for influencer campaigns and activations by helping to brainstorm creative and strategic ideas that respond to said briefings.
  • Assist in selecting influencer profiles, building content calendars, validating content, and monitoring daily campaign performance, making updates when needed to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Be present at brand events and activations, providing on-site support to both the influencers and the client to help make sure everything is well-organized and successful.
  • Work closely with the booking and data teams, supporting negotiations, looking for new trends or insights that can improve campaigns, and helping gather information for post-campaign reports.
  • Help collect results from influencers, working together with the data team to create reports that include key learnings and opportunities for improvement, with extra insights from social listening when relevant.
  • Gather results from influencers, developing learnings and opportunities of value for the client and working together with the data team that will add social listening insights that may be valuable for certain campaigns.

Requirements

  • Motivated learner with a growth mindset.
  • Candidates must be enrolled in a university program that allows for internship participation.
