We are rapidly growing our Workforce & Organization capability in Spain, using our established track record of delivering value for clients globally.

As a Consultant in the Program & Change Acceleration area within the Workforce & Organization team at Capgemini Invent Spain, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through transformative changes. You will work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to design and implement effective change strategies that drive organizational success. Our areas of expertise are Change Management within Digital Adoption Programs, Modern Workplace (M365 Copilot Adoption), Cultural Shift, among others.

+ Professional Experience:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field is required.
• A Master's degree in Change Management, Organizational Development, IA Innovation, Digital Adoption or a related discipline (desirable)
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate ideas and results
• Good Knowledge of key digital trends and tools that are transforming and digitalizing operations
• Spanish and English level (C1) are required, with ability to work as part of an international team
• Other languages will be considered as a plus (German, French, among others)
