📒 Technology stack and requirements:

• Java, Spring Boot: Basic understanding and some hands-on practice with the Spring Boot framework for building Java applications.
• VersionControl: Familiarity with using Git to manage and track code changes.
• Data Stores: Basic knowledge of working with any type of databases: Relational and non-relational. (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• CI/CD & DevOps: An introductory understanding of how continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines work. Familiarity with basic concepts of DevOps.
• Microservices & Containerization: Basic understanding of what microservices are and introductory experience with using Docker and Kubernetes for packaging and deploying applications.

Soft skills:

• Analytical thinking: Ability to think critically and solve problems, even if you're just starting out.
• Ability to work in multicultural environment: Willingness and ability to work well in a team with people from different backgrounds and cultures.
• Basic understanding of the Agile development methodologies
• Good English skills (at least B2 level) to communicate effectively with your team.

Would be a plus- if you have any pet-project or/and some developer experience.
