HAYS is collaborating with the leading company in the pharmaceutical sector, TOP 10 pharma. They create innovative medicines for people and animals, adding value through innovation for all three business areas: human pharmaceuticals, animal health, and contract manufacturing of biopharmaceuticals. Now they are growing in animal area too, it was created 3 years ago. Our client is forming a technological hub that will serve the entire group internationally. It is growing and has more than 500 specialists. This hub is located in San Cugat del Vallés.

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join the team.

What will your duties be?
- Execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across Google Ads and Social Media platforms (Meta & LinkedIn Ads).
- Design and optimize campaign structures, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad extensions within Google Ads.
- Utilize automation tools to streamline campaign management and improve performance.
- Analyze campaign data, create insightful reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Implement and troubleshoot tagging and pixel implementation for conversions, ensuring accurate tracking and optimization.
- Collaborate with the SEO team for keyword research and other marketing-related tasks.
- Work closely with the regulatory team (HPRC) to ensure content approval for digital marketing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technical developments in digital marketing and apply this knowledge to optimize campaign performance.
- Manage and prioritize tasks using JIRA for agile sprint management in marketing contexts.

Which are the requirements?
- At least 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in Google Ads, with a deep understanding of its underlying mechanisms and advanced features.
- Experience in Social Media Advertising (SMM - 3+ years experience with Meta & LinkedIn Ads) is a significant plus.
- Proficiency in using Google Ads scripts and automation features is a plus.
- Experience working with Adobe Analytics is a plus.
- Strong skills in data analysis, interpretation, and report creation, with the ability to adapt reports to client requirements.
- Expertise in Tagging and Pixel implementation for conversions, including troubleshooting and optimization.
- Proficiency in using JIRA for agile sprint management in marketing contexts.

What we offer?Participate in international projects. Flexible remote work model (1 day office per month). Location: Sant Cugat del Vallès. Flexible schedule (Monday to Friday from 8-9 to 5-6).
